THE CONTRACT

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Simba Sports Management LTD (SSM) and the client making the order (the Client) when the Client has confirmed requirements for the programme of activity (the Event) in writing.

  1. PAYMENT

    A non-refundable deposit (the Deposit) of 50% of the total cost of the booking, plus VAT, must be paid within 7 days of the issue of SSM’s invoice. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks in advance of the date of an Event or, in the case of overseas Events, 10 weeks before departure. If the Client does not conform to these time limits SSM reserve the right to cancel and re-allocate all bookings without further notification to the Client.
  2. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

    All cancellations must be made in writing. Should the Client cancel more than 60 days before an event, the Client will be liable for 50% of the full package price, representing the non-refundable deposit. If any booking is cancelled by the Client within 60 days of an Event, the Client will be responsible for the full package price.
  3. CANCELLATION OF EVENT

    If for any reason whatsoever an Event shall be cancelled, SSM will reimburse or give credit to the Client the value of any refund received, less the Deposit and a reasonable handling fee.
  4. LIABILITY

    In all arrangements involving third parties, SSM act only as the agent of the Client and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to SSM in connection with, or arising from the arrangements between the Client and the third party. The Client shall indemnify SSM against any claim made by such third parties. SSM accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, howsoever caused.
  5. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PROGRAMMES

    SSM will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the advertised programme for each Event, but any programme may be altered, or omitted, or dates changed for any cause, which SSM in its absolute discretion shall consider to be just and reasonable.
    SSM have the right to change the prices in force at any time. Any increase in price must be paid by the Client to SSM before any tickets are issued, or the Event staged.

    If the price materially increases, or the nature of the Event is materially changed, the Client shall be entitled to cancel the booking by giving written notice to be received by SSM within 48 hours of notification of the change. In this event, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund (less the Deposit) of the monies paid in respect of the Event cancelled provided that the Client shall indemnify SSM for all obligations incurred by SSM on behalf of the Client.
  6. EXTRAS

    The cost of service and goods provided at any Event, which are not included in the inclusive package and which are provided at the request of the Client, or its guests, shall be invoiced separately at SSM’s ruling rates and shall be due for payment within seven days of date of invoice.
  7. PRICES

    All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged in addition to the contract price.
  8. INTEREST

    SSM reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 2.5% per month compounded monthly on all overdue accounts whether before or after judgement.
  9. AVAILABILITY

    All packages offered are subject to availability.

All prices are quoted per person and are subject to English VAT (No VAT on overseas events)
